About us
In this school, we teach arts such as dance, yoga, vocals, nattuvangam, and so on. Additionally, we provide various platforms to our students to participate in national and international level dance competitions by giving opportunities and encourage them . Another branch of our school is being run and sponsered by the National Catering College in 2020. Recently we started our third branch in Kallal and it's running successfully. Every year, over 10 pupils attend our school for free. Additionally, Kovilur Government School offers free instruction to more than 25 students. Our institute holds dancing competitions each year and awards numerous prizes and incentives to the most skilled pupils . In times of calamity we provide necessary assistance to the talented artists.

About Muthumari Elanchezhian
She is the founder or muthu dance academy. Our founder has won numerous honours, including the Arudra Selvi, Natiya Selvi, Kumarikalajjiyam, and the Kamban Kazhagam Best Student Award. At the age of 10, Mrs. Muthumari Elanchezhian, who was born in Karaikudi's Sivagangai district, began studying dance. With 11 years of experience in dance field her first performance took place in the presence of former MLA Mr.H.Raja in 2001. She formally learned dance from Mrs. Kalaimamani Dr. M.S.Sarala, After that she completed her BFA in Bharathanatyam from Bharathidasan University, her MA Bharathanatyam from Tamil University and her M.Phil from Tamil University. she is currently pursuing her PhD in Alagappa University on "Dance and Dancers history in Sivagangai District". She has worked as an Assistant Dance Teacher at Karaikudi Kalaikoil Natya School for 15 years. Later she worked as a part-time teacher in Bharathanatyam at Alagappa University for the last 10 years. She participated in dance competition in Dubai and won 1st prize and also she participated in many competition [ district level, state level, during college and university days] won many prizes. She has participated in many dance programs conducted in southern parts of Tamilnadu. She has also won her name in the Patanjali book of world records march 2018.
